Alex loved everything about the outdoors until one day he was stung by a bee. The outcome left him traumatized to the point that he saw himself as a victim of bees of all kinds - real and imagined. Finally, after his grandfather noticed how fear had replaced Alex's free spirit, he decided to show Alex how fear had actually caused the bee to sting him. He explained that Alex had to always remember this one thing, and that would again set him free.
